About Us

Welcome to Carmel Thread

Carmel Thread is an online clothing store for men and women, built around one simple idea: getting dressed shouldn't be complicated. We make relaxed, well-made pieces for everyday life — clothing that works as hard as you do, whether that's a walk along the coast or a Tuesday at your desk.

What we offer

Our collection covers outerwear, knitwear, everyday staples, and footwear for men and women, designed to be easy to wear and easy to combine. No chasing trends, no overthinking it — just clothes you'll actually reach for.

How Carmel Thread works

Orders are placed through our website, carmelthread.com. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

Our pieces are made and shipped by our production partners, primarily overseas. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days — we'd rather tell you that upfront than promise something faster and let you down.

Where we ship

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. Read more in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — it just needs to be unworn and in its original condition. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy, or reach out to our support team directly.
